Q:  I have a busy schedule. Will you be on time?

A:  Duraclean will make an appointment for a specific time and will arrive punctually to accommodate your schedule.

Q:  Will I be able to walk on the carpet immediately after you finish?

A:  One of the great things about the Duraclean process is how quickly the carpets dry. Because we do not over-wet your furnishings, carpets will dry in 6-8 hours and upholstery will dry in 1-4 hours. During this period, light traffic with clean shoes will not cause any damage.

Q:  How long have you been in business?

A:  Duraclean International, our parent company, developed this patented method of maintaining fine furnishings in the 1930’s. Duraclean Carpet & Fabric Specialists has served North Metro Atlanta for over 20 years.

Q:  Is it true that once you clean new carpet it will soil more quickly than before?

A:  Not if you use the right cleaning process. Carpets will re-soil more quickly when the cleaning agent is not thoroughly extracted at the time of cleaning. This causes the carpet to become sticky and thus it attracts soil more readily. The Duraclean foam cleaning process leaves no residue on the carpet, therefore it will not re-soil more quickly.

Q:  Can you guarantee that your process is safe for my furnishings?

A:  The Duraclean process is so safe that we can service traditionally hard-to-clean upholstery fabrics including velvet, dry clean only, rayon, and silk. We also exceed all carpet manufacturer specifications for chemicals used on 5 th Generation carpets.

Q:  Is your process safe for children and pets?

A:  We use only safe water-based cleaning solutions that will not harm your children or pets.

Q:  Are you insured?

A:  We carry business liability insurance and our cleaning materials are guaranteed through Duraclean International’s “Product Property Damage Guarantee".
